Founder & Chief Executive Officer

A veteran healthcare consultant with 30+ years of industry experience, Trace brings unprecedented expertise to DriverMD^®'s mission of transforming driver healthcare. Growing up in a family of drivers, Mr. McConnell has seen firsthand what life on the road can do to a person’s health. As a Certified Health Rosetta Advisor and having held leadership positions with many of the top healthcare firms in the United States, he combines deep industry knowledge with innovative thinking to revolutionize healthcare delivery across the United States.

Lori Elling

Chief Operations Officer

With 30 years of distinguished experience in medical and pharmacy development, Lori brings exceptional operational expertise to DriverMD^®. Her background includes leadership roles with top Pharmaceutical and Pharmacy Consulting Firms, where she specialized in developing standard operating procedures and optimizing healthcare delivery systems. Her comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations ensures DriverMD^® delivers seamless, efficient care to drivers nationwide.

Sanjay Rana

Chief Technology Officer

A technology veteran with 20 years of experience in IT development and infrastructure, Sanjay leads DriverMD^®'s digital innovation initiatives.
